From the moment I was warmly welcomed by Stephanie, I knew it was going to be a great day at Mount Baker! She truly has a gift for connecting both with people and with nature, and shares her wealth of knowledge of flora, fauna, and local places with an energy and enthusiasm that draws you in. Her love and care for these beautiful places is evident and feeling her joy at being there added to my own. As did the perfect weather! I highly recommend both Skagit Guided Adventures and the Mount Baker tour. The multiple stops on this tour allow one to fully experience all the highlights and spectacular views along the Mount Baker Highway (and there are many!) As a local Washingtonian it was a fantastic way to see a variety of sights in the area without having to worry about the driving or parking challenges, and to be able to just enjoy the views from a comfortable seat with huge windows in the van. I will definitely be back for another adventure with Stephanie in the future.

What a wonderful experience with Skagit Guided Adventures. Our trip started off by Stephanie picking us up at our B&B, Katy's Inn. She was very informative with the great sites and amazing views. She stopped at her favorite spots along the way for us to take in the beautiful scenery. We also had a wonderful lunch along the river and did a 2.5 mile hike to come up close with the massive cedar trees and amazing views. Stephanie was so much fun, and you could tell how much she loves her job, explaining every little tree and flower along the way. We had a great adventure with Stephanie, one that will never forget. I traveled to Washington for work and was looking to book a last minute hike. Stephanie was very responsive and super helpful with this last minute accommodation!! I was really hoping to go to the North Cascades, but due to weather, we decided to go to Anacortes - at first I was a little disappointed, but once we got there, I was super excited that plans had to change! The town is really cool and Stephanie is super knowledgeable and passionate about the area. The hike was excellent and was paced based on my experience level. Stephanie had so much knowledge about the wildlife, the plants, etc and had a lot of neat bits of information to share! I would highly recommend taking a hike with Stephanie whether you have one or ten people in your group. She was super easy going and fun to be around, and you learn a lot when with her!

Stephanie was absolutely amazing! I did two days of tours with her - one exploring Anacortes and one day looking for snow geese and visiting the tulip fields. She tailored the days to me and was extremely informative with local lore, ecology, wildlife, and history. Truly worth every penny and made my trip that much more special. I highly recommend anyone who is going out to the Mount Vernon/Burlington, WA to consider booking Stephanie. I hope to come out again in the future! A bucket list trip that I will never forget!

I had an amazing day with Stephanie. I booked a Skagit Valley Geese tour. Stephanie had taken the time to scout out the geeses' location that morning so we found them within a very short time. Her knowledge of these birds and the many other bird species we saw greatly enhanced the day for me. She was constantly on the lookout for various species to make the most of my day. Stephanie is also very friendly and fun to spend some time with. I'm actually somewhat local - I live just outside of Tacoma - and found this a great day trip and would urge anyone local to check out the various adventures in addition to visitors to the area. I'll definitely be back for more adventures!
