Mount Si Winery

Much needed wine after all the hiking in Mt. Rainier NP…and such a surprising stop - thought we were going into someone’s house…and WE WERE! The owners are so personable and wines are en par with commercial wineries! Cheers! 🍷

We had a great experience visiting this winery. First of all, the wines are *excellent. Seriously. All of them. Be forewarned, they don't do whites frequently, if at all, and they don't do Chardonnay. I'm a red fan so this made me happy. Besides the wine itself, the location is small and quaint and one of those "hidden gem" experiences. The owners are very friendly and we had a wonderful time. Pro tip: might not be a good thing to visit when it's raining because the seating is primarily outside (but I'm sure they would accommodate).

My wife and I wandered around downtown Snoqualmie and found this great little winery located in the neighborhood across from downtown. We were given a nice tour of the wine room and had the opportunity to enjoy a sample straight from a cask! If you enjoy wine and want a unique wine tasting experience, I highly suggest Mount Si Winery!

Tammy and her husband are so open to sharing what they’ve learned from their years in the winemaking business! I just love the concept of a winery operating out of somebody’s home and next to the Mount Si trail and other U-Pick farms stops!
