Tyler was incredibly kind and a wonderful guide; he shared a lot of knowledge on all the various wildlife we encountered, which included orcas, eagles, harbor seals and sea lions. Our whole group was impressed by his hospitality and professionalism. It was truly a bucket list item, crossed off and lived to the full! We had an incredible experience with Blue Kingdom! We booked the Full Day Whale and Wildlife Adventure, and it truly delivered—T099 orcas, four humpback whales, plus sea lions, harbor seals, and even an otter made appearances. Tyler was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure we had the chance to see orcas. The full-day itinerary, including the lunch stop at Friday Harbor, made for a perfect day out on the Salish Sea. The option to warm up in the covered cabin—and the cozy jackets provided—were huge bonuses. We’d recommend Blue Kingdom and the full-day tour to absolutely everyone. Can’t wait to go back!

Great encounters with Orcas. They have a high encounter rate as they coordinate with other boats. But just to get things realistic for your expectations... As the boats rotate on the animals you probably get 30-60 min with one Orca Family. Second you won't get really close expect the animals will breach next to your boat. We saw this on some other boats who were lucky but this is with all companies the same here. For photographers you need a minimum of 400 mm to get any decent shots if the animals do not turn up next to you :D .... But our guide gave as the tip of our lifetime. When we had to turn around from one family he mentioned that the group was heading to a bridge and if we hurry and are lucky we might see them pass underneath, And boy he was right. Thanks again very much for that once in a lifetime moment!!!!!

What a wonderful experience! The Captain and crew were amazing and so kind and knowledgeable. They truly love what they do and it made for such a fantastic day. Everything went smoothly, from check—in to outfitting us with all the proper gear. We had a great day on the water, saw Orca, Humpback and a variety of seals, sea lions and birds (including a bald eagle). Such a fun adventure to be out in the open air boat (and we stayed warm!) Definitely recommend!

What a wonderful time on the water. Great price for the experience! So much to see of the area scenery wise plus animals. On board biologist answered all my questions, pointed things out, and explained regulations to help us understand each species. She knew names of the orcas we saw and then back at the dock house there was even more information on each orca. The captain made us feel safe and took us on an amazing adventure! They provide over pants and jacket for the weather to keep us comfortable during the day. I have been 2 times with this company, once in a morning and once in an afternoon. Highly recommend it! Not over crowded so everyone can see the animals. Very stable boat. Awesome days on both rides. I am looking forward to going again in the future.
