If you are looking for a unique way to see the city, the Argosy Cruise in Seattle is a fantastic choice. We recently took the one-hour harbor cruise, and it was a fun experience from start to finish. It is the perfect length of time to get out on the water, enjoy the fresh air, and see the skyline from a completely different perspective. The highlights of the trip were definitely the incredible views. Being out on the Puget Sound gives you a stunning look at the Seattle waterfront, the shipping terminals, and the Olympic Mountains in the distance. Even if you have spent a lot of time downtown, seeing the city from the water is a totally different experience that really helps you appreciate the landscape. What made the trip even better was the live narration. There was a guide who spoke throughout the cruise, sharing a great mix of interesting stories and historical facts about Seattle. They pointed out specific landmarks and explained the significance of what we were seeing, which added a lot of value to the tour. It was not just a boat ride; it was an engaging way to learn about the area's history and growth. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable outing that worked well for our group. Whether you are a tourist visiting for the first time or a local showing guests around, this cruise is a great way to spend an hour. I highly recommend it for anyone wanting a fun and informative look at the Emerald City

My daughter and I had a wonderful time! We were a guest of one of the crew members, so we were escorted directly onto the cruise with no waiting in line. The tour guide was so knowledgeable. We really enjoyed hearing the history and stories about the harbor. We had a sandwich and a drink and they were both really good.

Argosy Cruises offers a great route with beautiful views of the city and waterfront. The boat itself and the chairs feel a bit dated, but the experience is still enjoyable overall. They sell beverages on board, which is nice, and just be aware there can be a lot of motion. The water can get pretty choppy, so expect some rocking during the ride. A solid way to see Seattle from the water.

Argosy Cruises’ harbor guided tour from the Seattle waterfront was an exceptional experience. The staff provided excellent service, assisting my mom with pre-boarding and making her feel comfortable as a disabled guest. The facilities included an elevator and clean, comfortable restrooms, which made the whole trip very accessible. There were great deals on drinks; the margarita and the signature blue cocktail were delicious and worth trying. The tour guide was incredibly descriptive and kept everyone engaged with fascinating insights about the city and harbor. The boat was spotless, spacious, and offered fantastic views of Seattle’s skyline and waterfront. The entire process was organized efficiently—no wasted time—and the cruise was truly worth every penny. Highly recommended for visitors looking for scenery, comfort, and outstanding service. Parking: Platinum Waterfront Parking is a scam. Crazy expensive. Use near by garage a block away for 1/2 the cost. Street parking ($7/hr) is even cheaper. Max you need is 2 hours. Else, use way.com to find nearby cheap parking. Don’t waste your money on Platinum parking.

It was my first time on a cruise, and it was such a wonderful experience. The tour lasted about an hour and was guided, which made it even more interesting. The narrator, Emma, was very knowledgeable and delivered an impressive presentation despite the wicked wind. It was relaxing to see the city from the water and learn about Seattle’s history, architecture, and waterfront landmarks. The views were beautiful, and the staff were friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend trying this cruise when you’re in Seattle to learn more about the city and see it from a different perspective. I also recommend buying a CityPASS so it’s not as expensive, plus you get to visit four more destinations. The Argosy Cruise is located at Pier 54, which is conveniently close to the Seattle Aquarium.
