Argosy Cruises - Lake Washington

I live in the Jaunita Beach area. I can hear the HORRIBLE acapella singing from the holiday cruise inside my condo with the windows CLOSED! I mean absolutely horrible! I can only imagine the people actually on the boat must be DEAF! So darn loud and off key. The audience clapped for the first song and then crickets. Poor people that actually paid for that.

My company booked Argosy for our Christmas party. We were part of the Parade of Lights on Lake Washington. It was such a magical tour listening to the choir and seeing all the decorations on what seemed like a hundred other boats. If you ever get a chance to go on this cruise you will not be disappointed. Catering for our party was provided by a different company not associated with Argosy so I can't speak to the quality of food for other cruises.

Beautiful day, nice tour around the lake, refunded our two ticket price because of extremely long phone hold on booking, plus gave us 1/2 off first drinks. This company is excellent on correcting customer service and the young lady tour guide that had to talk over rude people was very patient and knowledgeable. Worth the $75 even if we had to pay, much better than the Harbor Tour.

First time on the Christmas "Cruise" in ten years. It use to actually cruise around. Now you drive to one location on the Seattle side, stop for an hour, and go back. They have partnered with various cities/events to park outside their location and play Christmas music for them. Great for them, but what did I pay for? A boat ride to a spot? Won't do it ever again. Seems like money was the focus and a cheaped out experience.

Wonderful ride & tour! The tour guide was awesome, very informative, and funny and definitely made it a great experience. I love that they slow down near places of interest so people can view them better and encourage lots of photos. They have a wonderful handicap ramp & deck so no one will have to miss out! We will definitely be riding again with visiting family! :)
