Diner Reviews
The restaurant upstairs is a different atmosphere than downstairs. It is more of a loud bar vibe. Downstairs is where we ate, it is intimate and dark and we loved it! The service was fantastic and the STEAK. Oh. My. I love steak, its my favorite and I judge harshly. I tried the Manhattan tasting flight. Trust me, the picture does NOT do it justice. The Japanses A5 is currently tied with the best steak I've ever had (in Texas). The flight was prepared to absolute perfection. I dream of it and of the beef fat fries often, so so crispy, flavorful and soft on the inside. The beef fat brioche was good, would have been better warm, nice little spice at the end. This was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. We look forward to next time!

The food was grate😋we genuinely enjoyed the meal. One dish that lets you try multiple cuts of steak in one order is such a great idea💡perfect if you want variety without committing to just one. Also, do not skip the $6 bread. Trust me👍order at least two. It’s ridiculously good and easily one of the best bites of the night. The smoked salmon was also excellent, with a very rich, well-balanced smoky flavor that didn’t feel overpowering. However, the service felt a bit off. As a group of Asian diners, we couldn’t help but notice that our white female server seemed noticeably impatient with us. Nothing outright rude, just a tone and attitude that made us feel slightly uncomfortable and less welcomed. Hopefully the service can be more professional and patient, because great food paired with equally attentive, welcoming service is what truly makes a dining experience feel complete!

Stopped by THE BUTCHER’S TABLE just for drinks and really enjoyed it. The bar area has a classy, cozy vibe and feels like a great place to unwind. Drinks were well made and the atmosphere was relaxed but still upscale. Perfect spot to grab cocktails before dinner or just hang out for a bit. Would definitely come back again

Butcher’s Table has a great ambiance. The restaurant is well designed and comforting upon entry. The staff were all warm and inviting, which made for a lovely lunch. The steak tartare had a beautiful presentation, and while I’ve had better at finer establishments, I’d definitely order this again. I loved the steak being diced over mashed, and the toppings came together perfectly without overpowering each other. It was paired with house maid chips cooked in beef tallow, which complemented the tartare beautifully. I ordered the Butcher’s Steak with a side salad (though, I saw the beef tallow house fries and they looked TASTY!). The steak was not cooked as rare as I’d have liked, but it was still tasty. The salad was simple but good as well. Overall, Butcher’s Table is a good place for lunch or dinner for those who want a good steak meal without the ultra fine-dining experience.

I can confidently say this is the best steakhouse we’ve been to in the U.S. The quality of the steaks was outstanding, and the grilled chicken was the best we’ve ever had. My kids absolutely loved it! The bone marrow was incredible, the fries were perfectly seasoned, and the salmon was cooked to perfection. The staff were very friendly, and the atmosphere made the experience even better. I highly recommend making a reservation in advance—especially if your party has more than four people—to ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit. Update: We visited the restaurant again for dinner and had a wonderful experience. The menu offered great options, and William, our host, was once again very welcoming. Be sure to reserve a table in advance, as the restaurant tends to get busy.
