Diner Reviews
The Prusik Kitchen + Bar in Leavenworth was an absolute gem. I stopped in without knowing much about it, just looking for a place that served pizza or burgers, and I was completely impressed from start to finish. The setting was warm, comfortable, and welcoming, with plenty of seating and a menu that felt both creative and approachable. Everything looked tempting, but I ended up ordering the burger with truffle fries, and it did not disappoint. The burger was perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor, and the truffle fries were some of the best I have had in a long time. If I had not filled up on the burger, I easily could have finished the entire plate of fries on their own. Our server Nick was outstanding. He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. He even made a seasonal drink that was no longer listed on the current menu, which really showed the level of care and hospitality this place offers. Overall, Prusik Kitchen + Bar exceeded every expectation. Excellent food, great atmosphere, and top tier service. I will definitely be back the next time I am in Leavenworth.

👉🏻 Prusik does get busy. So reserve your table! We could not eat there so we reserved for the next day. We were first to enter and it was a very delightful experience. Our waiter was affable and was super informative. He explained how they cook, their ingredients and what sets them apart. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 The food was great. 🤌🏻 We got roasted carrots 🥕 with aioli was it was 10/10 We got Margherita pizza 🍕 which had the softest and crispiest crust We also got some pasta 🍝 which was fresh and yummy! They do get busy and given how freshly and passionately they prepare their food, give yourself and the Prusik folks ample time for food. I promise, you won’t be disappointed! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Even though I’d been to Leavenworth plenty of times, I didn’t even know this place existed, apparently it was once a pizza place but now expanded and very glad they did We came here looking for a juicy burger and man that menu looked good, we got there during brunch and the place wasn’t packed but had plenty of people. Honestly if you’re in the area I would 100% stop by and grab some delights Let’s get back to the burgers, they burgers were tasty, it was a little over but that’s not a huge deal on my end. There was an odd pickle going on though lol like it was just a warm cucumber? The fries were very tasty (fried in tallow I believe) the drink I had (Ashley’s Bend ) was very very yummy Will be back to try some other goodies

The Best Micheladas and Bloody Marys in Town If you're looking for a brunch spot that truly excels at both food and drinks, you have to try this place. We stopped in recently and found ourselves completely blown away by their cocktail program—seriously, the micheladas and Bloody Marys here are the absolute best. They were perfectly seasoned, spicy, and the ideal way to kick off the weekend. For the main event, the food held its own. I opted for the Waffle and Fried Chicken with Green Chile Sauce, which was utterly yummy! The chicken was crispy and the waffle was perfect. However, I have a top tip: be sure to ask for the tasty green chile sauce on the side. That way, you can control the heat and ensure you get to enjoy the sweetness of the waffles without them getting soggy. We also had the classic Scrambled Eggs with Bacon and Potatoes, and it was exactly what was needed. The dish was delicious and tasted incredibly fresh—the perfect, hearty cure after our first night of Oktoberfest! Great atmosphere, incredible cocktails, and food that hits all the right notes. Highly recommend stopping here for brunch—just don't forget the side-sauce request!

the food and drinks were truly delicious. The menu variety impressed us: I loved my Korean barbecue slider, my husband had their pizza, and my niece and her friend couldn't get enough of the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich. We visited mid-week in October and were thrilled to be seated right away. For an excellent menu and a cozy, upscale vibe, this place is highly recommended!
