Diner Reviews
Such a gem. We were walking by and wanted to look in. We decided to stay for a cocktail for my friend and tiramisu for me. It was heavenly. A large slice of tiramisu for $10. My friend had a disaronno sour for $10. Service was perfect. The music and ambience made us feel like we were in Italy. I will definitely come back for a full meal.

Nicko's Grotto is located in a cool underground spot in downtown. They make good use of the space, with nice decorations and a generally good vibe. Service is acceptable but unremarkable, and the food, while there's nothing explicitly wrong with it, is not particularly great. I could probably make spaghetti better at home.

Great Italian food. The underground cozy atmosphere and ambience give this a unique vibe compared to other restaurants. Definitely would recommend.

Absolutely delicious. They did mess up on our order, we didnt say anything though, and they made up for it... we appreciated the communication and honesty. All the food was delicious and the atmosphere was cool.

Loved the vibe here. Loved that it was below street level. Great spot for a romantic evening. Delicious food, and amazing dessert. The service was attentive but not cloying, and did I mention dessert? Limoncello mascarpone cake and the flourless chocolate torte. We came back the second night for another slice of the limoncello cake.
