Simply amazing - the best restaurant in Port Townsend...and probably all of the Northwest. We've now visit Finistère half a dozen times since they open and every visit has been wonderful from beginning to end. The food is phenomenal (on par with some of the Michelin star restaurants we've visited), the ambiance is relaxed and comfortable, and the staff/owners are always welcoming, friendly, and professional. Ever since our first visit nearly a decade ago, our first stop/reservation when visiting Port Townsend is at Finistère.

The beet salad was fabulous with a blend of compelmentary flavors of sweet huckleberry and a tart dressing. The white fish was fresh, made traditionally. The salmon was not fresh and would avoid ordering next time. The dessert of in house made ice cream and chocolate tart are not to be missed.

Incredible. We went for happy hour and ordered every small plate on the menu. It was all amazing from the pasta to the salad to the oysters, including impeccable service. Finished with the best creme brule and cappuccino of my life. Can't recommend enough, I wish it was closer to where we live.

Well this restaurant may have just ruined every other restaurant I've ever eaten. This was the best meal I've had at a restaurant. We got to sit outside in the sun. We ordered a Spanish rosé it was so good. We also ordered deviled eggs and salmon belly crudo with sourdough bread. The appetizers were absolutely delicious and one of the best things I've ever had. We ordered the Bucatini with shrimp, lemon-thyme cream and leek. Perfectly cooked pasta and shrimp. It was so tasty. The last thing we got was Risotto with nettles, preserved lemon, goat cheese and mint. Truly delicious and amazingly cooked. The service was great and everyone was friendly and professional. I can't even stop talking about how amazing this food was.

Always a wonderful experience. The food is top notch and the dining experience is amazing. The pacing of when food is brought out and place setting is exchanged out for each course of the meal is spot on. The staff create a full dining experience that really feels elevated. They always have a delicious non-alcoholic mock-tail that is available to add a nice touch to your dinner experience. We come here every year for our anniversary and anytime we want to have a dining experience that is perfection!
