Great spot downtown. All the food was amazing, all staff have personalities and are interesting and provide excellent service. Atmosphere is nice with music you can talk over. The trout is incredible and they have $5 happy hour drafts.

Adriana, Monica and Ana were the best! They were quick to help us with any needs, were super attentive, and great people overall!! The best experience I’ve had, very friendly and made my birthday special! Thank you bitterroot for the amazing food, and the amazing staff you have! Plus Georgia 😉

I thoroughly enjoyed the food here! I had the trout and it was frankly the best fish meal I have had ever in my life. I also had previously enjoyed the gnocchi and would thoroughly enjoy it if that got added back onto the menu. Maybe in the summer! I can tell these cooks care about the food! Head chef Gabe Lopez knows what he’s doin! The dishes were so immaculate I bet the dishwasher (Henry) is perfect at his job!

Absolutely loved our meal here! We sat at the bar and had the loveliest bartender and wait staff. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating- they let us sample a couple draft beers before deciding and we had the trout which was absolutely divine - one of the best meals I’ve ever eaten!

Chef quality ingredients prepared by a line cook. Beautiful piece of trout that came with a beautiful mash. Trout was slightly over seasoned but still tasty. Vegetable had far too much oil and lacked seasoning. Burger was over cooked - ordered medium rare was medium well - but well seasoned. Fries that came with the burger were terribly over seasoned. Lovely patio that we could sit with our dog.
