Orion River Rafting

What a treat rafting the Wenatchee River with Orion! Guides were fun, professional and accommodating. We went in late May and had a super fun time. Loved the changing stations and relaxed vibe at the Chumstick Country Club where you park and get ready. Highly recommend for beginners!

Amazing experience even if you are a rafting for the first time. Our tour guide Josh was fun to raft with. He made sure the entire experience was smooth and safe as well as everyone is getting the knowledge around the the area. They provide all the greats required to raft and they take you in their private vehicle to the rafting site. The whole experience took about 4 hours and water time was about 2.5 hours. Would definitely recommend to visit them.

My son and I had a great time on the Wenatchee river. The entire staff at Orion was exceptional and we had a great time with Josh as our guide. We will definitely be doing this again and if you're looking to book a rafting trip, I would recommend Orion with two thumbs up. We will definitely be rafting with them again.

We had a fantastic trip yesterday afternoon with Orion! Gorgeous day, full of exciting rapids, amazing nature moments (saw an Osprey carrying a fish! Counted at least eight marmots!), not to mention the fun and entertaining rafting guides. One particular highlight that will stick with me was the belly flop contest. Our raft guide, Cora, was the clear winner, which was exciting! She really seems to have mastered the belly flop, and I hope that her competitor Benji can find another event to compete in…honestly, I’m just not sure he’ll ever see the prize with Cora around. Way to go Cora! Highly recommend Orion if you’re looking for a fun and exciting excursion!

My partner and I got to raft with Orion on a warm Saturday afternoon in mid-June. I think the river was flowing at around 4500cfs. The rapids were a blast, and the scenery was beautiful. The guide can make or break a tour like this. We went out with Anna Sophia (sp?, sorry), who was confident and talented, and gave us a great ride. She and her colleague Lauren, who also joined us, were hysterically entertaining. All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We could tell they love being out on the water. Safety was a clear a priority for the staff, and they really respect the river. All of the gear appeared well maintained and clean, and the staff was patient and helpful getting everyone suited up for our trip. I'd raft again with Orion. Thanks for a fun afternoon!
