Rafting with Columbia Rivers Outdoors was such a special experience! They might be one of the smaller companies out here, but that’s exactly what makes them the best — you never feel like just another boat on the river. The whole crew genuinely cared about making it fun, safe, and unforgettable. Victor was an amazing guide — full of knowledge about the river, the wildlife, and the history of the area. He had us laughing, learning, and totally pumped the whole way. The rapids were wild, cliff jumping was such a blast, and dropping over the waterfall was the highlight of the trip! Mack also snapped some awesome photos that we got to take home right on our phones, which was the perfect bonus. If you want a river trip that feels personal and full of heart, go with Columbia Rivers Outdoors. Can’t recommend them enough!

The guides and White Salmon River rapids exceeded my expectations! It was an experience I will not forget!! I would choose this company again to experience rafting with my friends and family. The whole crew were very welcoming, informative, and appreciative/respectful of the river - Silas, Victor, and Gram. Whatta crew all around! I felt safe but also definitely a couple parts that were type 2 fun with big rapids/small waterfall you raft over. I learned about how the river changed with pulling down a dam and past volcano activity, the various types of birds and lichen, and old system woodmills used for harnessing energy. The guide pointed out a majestic osprey that flew off. We had so much fun - riding the bull, 'surfing', and jumping off a cliff and bridge. We had an apple and plum where we stopped off at too. The views of the lush forest, river plants, and the aqua-colored river were breathtaking... it was a perfect little adventure!

Our family of five did the half day trip. We had an absolutely amazing experience! Everyone was extremely friendly and our guide Victor was really fun, making every moment of the ride an adventure and sharing his deep knowledge of nature along the river too! Wonderful company and the best day out!
