Beautiful park. Enjoy the short hikes. Plowed really well so you can still get to the visitor center and everything in the winter. Lots of signage though you have to be aware that most of those signs will be buried in the snow between Nov-May!

Mount Rainier is absolutely breathtaking! I’ve only been there once, but will definitely be returning. There are so many hikes and trails to go on with such amazing perspective of the mountain. These photos were taken on the trail to Mount Fremont Lookout on the Sunrise Side. If you think these pictures are amazing, the view is even more amazing in person.

Incredible, beautiful place. Got only up until Longmire pass owing to the snow, and roads were closed further up ahead. Took time to explore a couple of the side trails, but in a park this big and beautiful a great sight is just around the next turn! Will go back, again and maybe several times after that ...

Mount Rainier is unreal. The views feel almost fake in the best way, and you’re constantly catching something new, wildlife, waterfalls, huge trees, wildflowers in the summer, and that mountain just sitting there like it owns the whole place. If you’re going in summer, I’d strongly recommend a weekday if you can swing it. Weekends get packed fast, parking fills up, and the popular spots can feel more like a line than a hike. Going earlier in the morning also makes a big difference.

Absolutely stunning views! The cabins were pretty nice and cozy, with surprisingly modern amenities. Make sure you get there EARLY for parking!! Must see the glacier and reflective lake, blew us away. Clear stargazing at night as a bonus!!
