The Maxwell Hotel - A Staypineapple Hotel

This hotel has so much amazing things going on, it was a fabulous part of our recent vacation. The rooms are well set up and very clean, expecially for a hotel that takes pets. Thier bedding is lush and lavish and the bed has been one of the hotel beds that has not hurt my back. Stayed for 4 nights and slept well the whole time. I fell in love with the furniture in the lobby and the staff were so friendly and kind. For being so close to the space needle and climate pledge arena, it was a quite and safe stay. We plan on booking this hotel for our next stay in the area.

Stayed here over the weekend for the Kraken game and other sightseeing adventures. It was my birthday when we checked in (at 9 am) and the front desk agent, Tia noticed it was my birthday. Our room wasn’t ready so we went out and about and they held our luggage for us. When our room was ready, we got back to the hotel and they had decorated the room for my birthday and left me a bunch of goodies. It was completely unexpected and sweet. We were super close to all the things we wanted to do. Just about a block from the climate pledge arena, space needle and all that. As well as the monorail that took us down to pikes place market and the aquarium. In short. Amazing location, amazing service and amazing staff. The room wasn’t also clean and nice and comfy. Highly recommend. Tia and Raul are amazing! Oh and I can’t forget Georgia the resident bulldog! Super sweet and adorable.

Oh how I loved it here!! Excellent location for those visiting to attend a Kraken game or other event at CPA as it is a 5 min walk. The staff was great. Everyone at the front desk was extremely kind and accommodating. Folks at the bar and the coffee shop made some great drinks and were just as kind! Rooms were comfortable and had fun, colorful furnishings and decor. We look forward to coming back!!

Love this place. All of the staff were wonderful to work with. The atmosphere is fun and casual. We love they have an indoor pool. And free drink cards upon arrival. Which I was able to use at their I house espresso stand . Can’t beat waking up to a free Americano!. Kulson was manning the espresso bar and she was super nice, patient with my indecisiveness , and knows how to make a heck of a coffee! Will be back soon!

I recently stayed at the Maxwell Hotel in Seattle. The hotel itself is nice, the rooms were clean, the decor is fun and unique, and the location is convenient. The staff were generally friendly as well. Unfortunately, our stay was disrupted when the hotel lost power. While I understand that outages can happen, the situation was handled poorly. Guests had to walk up multiple flights of stairs in the dark just to get to their rooms, which felt unsafe and extremely inconvenient. Considering that this is a fairly expensive hotel, I expected a much better response to the situation. The only compensation offered was a free drink, which honestly didn’t feel appropriate given the circumstances. The hotel has a lot of potential and charm, but the way this situation was handled left me disappointed.
