We stay at The Lark every time we come to Bozeman. The location is fantastic. The building is solid so you don’t hear any sounds from surrounding rooms. They have an outdoor fire at night with snores, coffee, hot chocolate and waters. The employees are sweet and helpful. The bed is comfortable the sheets soft. You are on the Main Street close to shops, restaurants and pubs. It’s really a delightful place to stay.

I was so glad that a friend urged me to stay at the lark for my quick weekend trip to Bozeman. It was a little bit more than I wanted to spend, but worth every penny. The location is absolutely spectacular, right on Main Street where you can walk to so many different places to eat or shop. It is definitely geared toward adventures, and I was in town for an active adventure, so I loved that they set out trail mix in the morning. Coming in November, I was surprised that they had a fire going when I got back last night, but they had everything set out for s’mores, and it was so nice to just sit out outside by the fire! I forgot a charger, and they had one for me to borrow, they have free seltzer waters, coffee, local tea, and hot chocolate in the lobby. The rooms are super clean, great noise proofing, I didn’t really hear any of my neighbors. They’re small, but I didn’t need anything too fancy. The staff was so incredibly friendly, and kind. And I’d love that you could text if you needed things. I really enjoyed staying here, and I would highly recommend it. I will definitely come when I come through Bozeman again.

Cute, quirky rooms. Stayed one night, thought we were getting a deal (just under $200/night), staying downtown, until: (1) there is no parking onsite, which is weird because they had 10-20 open spaces, excluding the 2 dedicated to checking in) — SO, they valet for $30, wherein they drive it to a parking garage 2 blocks away - OR you pay $15 and park it yourself in the parking garage; (2) $$ for incidentals. (3) They don’t offer breakfast, but do offer water, popcorn, tea and coffee. So yes, you will have to find breakfast = $$. The staff is friendly, the bed is comfy, but you are not in a traditional “all rooms in one building type of hotel”…it’s motel style, so you “get” to hear literally everything outside. That’s not a big deal for us, BUT, lighting is. The bathroom has a window to allow for natural light, but also a streetlight, because it was bright all night. The bedroom front window also remains pretty lit (not lit 🔥). Summary, cute room, but we’ll likely stay elsewhere next time we’re in Bozeman.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at the Lark. The location is fantastic for walking downtown. The beds were comfy and the linens were so soft! The room amenities were great quality. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Above all, the staff was amazing, friendly and attentive!

I’m not one to write reviews but this is by far the best guest experience I have had in a long time. The Lark is adorable, the location could not be better, we were able to walk everywhere all weekend which is one of my main requirements. ALSO! They had a mini fridge in the lobby stocked with seltzer waters and glass jugs of water which you could take back to your room for free. Why isn’t everyone doing this? Thank you for being sustainable and for also realizing that humans need water. The last hotel I stayed at charged $6 for 1 bottle in our room. The Lark is doing it right! Also the front desk staff was super friendly. (:
