Hands-down vote this over any hotel! Absolutely loved our stay here! We had a weekend conference just across the street so walking distance was great! As well as easy access to any food amenities we needed. The room was wonderful! Super clean and access to get into the building and utilize the room was easy and hassle free checkout was a breeze! We will definitely be trying to book a room here again when we’re next in the area!

Great little apartments! Super nice for families that require a little extra space. No more expensive than other nice places in the area and you get way more amenities than you would with a hotel. Feels very private, plus it’s in a super central location to event spaces, grocery stores, clothing stores, parks, etc. parking is available right out front (we did get a little bit confused because there was a spot for parking payment but when you walk around to pay it says “no payment required”) getting into the room was a Breeze. Super clean rooms as well! Amazing that there is laundry in the room too. We’re not out here often but if we ever come back to the area we’ll 100% book here again.

Stayed the first week of October with my gf. The apartments are clean, the linens and bedding comfortable and the rooms with lots of light. The AC was fully functioning. The location is one block away from the convention center, two blocks from cute coffee shops and bars and 10 min walk from other downtown spots. Close to I-90 and a major city bus line. When I return to Spokane, I'm definitely staying here.

Really great alternative to a hotel! I was looking for a place to stay for two weeks, but wasn’t very happy with the hotel options (high prices for not-well-reviewed hotels). I was really happy to find this little place at such a reasonable price (cheaper than the hotels!) and that they had a room available on such short notice. Loved the no-contact check-in, and the apartment was clean and well stocked with the usual hotel fare as well as some apartment basics. It was quiet and perfect for working and relaxing. Location is great; felt safe, very short walk to coffeeshops and other businesses, and very easy to get to the north side of town by car, too. It was way more comfortable than any hotel I’ve stayed at! I have only two small complaints: the first is that my room did smell a little of stale smoke. I’m pretty sensitive to the smell and it wasn’t strong enough to bother me but it is supposed to be a non-smoking building. The second is that the building doesn't have dedicated parking so finding somewhere to leave my car was a bit more involved than for your average hotel. Overnight parking in a garage is hard to find and/or expensive, but luckily there’s full day street spots within 2-3 blocks. It’s very quiet at night, pretty much no one hanging around the area, so I felt safe leaving my car there and walking back even very late. Overall, it wasn't too much of a hassle and I paid about $40 for parking for two weeks, which isn’t bad at all. Check out Spokane’s parking info on the city website if you want to go this route! All in all, would definitely recommend this place, and I’ll gladly stay here again next time I come up to Spokane!
