The staff members are courteous and helpful. Evening check-in was friendly. Morning breakfasts offer a variety of choices and Abraham's attentive ness to the presentation and oversight of the breakfast area is exceptional. The pool and hot tub are clean and large enough for comfortable swimming and play. Our rooms are spacious and well-appointed. Our week-long stay has been very enjoyable.

Remodel was going on as they transition to a Marriot I believe. (My 2 queen bed room has been remodeled already I believe). The rooms are nice enough, but the bed platforms are to big for the mattresses and I hit my shin twice and cut it both times. The reading lights were not working either and the lighting options were not good. Room lighting was terrible. Showers were just warm and not hot. That said, I booked on Hotels tonight and the price was only $90 a night and breakfast was free. I wish Hotels would at least come in and bring more coffee for the next day, even if they are not going to offer turn down service every day. All and all, I got what I paid for. A comfortable stay with mixed reviews on form and function! I would stay again at the price I got. Likely not for more!

Great price to value ratio. The 24 hour pool and hot tub were clean and well heated. The front desk lady was surprisingly professional and polite. Check in was quick and easy. Rooms were clean. 5/5.

Stayed at this place this week and I have to say it was fairly horrific. I’m sure conditions will improve soon, but currently this facility is under an extensive renovation. And it’s clear to me that during this renovation work they really should not be open and trying to accommodate customers. At the very least, they owe it to their guests to advise them ahead of time what they’re likely to encounter. The main entrance/front door, lobby area, and everything around that is cordoned off. Guests enter via a side door that is obviously intended to normally serve as an emergency exit. The front desk, if you can call it that, it’s a table positioned in the hallway with a computer and a young man in a black hoodie sweatshirt, who seems better suited to work at a car wash. As I checked in here was a manager standing awkwardly nearby who detected my surprise at the conditions of the property and insisted that the rooms are all recently renovated, and that’s really all that should matter to me. I mentioned that nothing about the hotel’s condition was revealed on the website, and he just brushed off. As to the manager’s claim that the rooms were recently renovated, and that was the high point of the hotel, I would say he was half right. Indeed, it was clear that the furniture and everything about the room was recently upgraded. But in their effort to prioritize revenue over the guest experience, it was clear that some simple inspections about the rooms readiness were overlooked. The toilet paper dispenser wasn’t fully installed and actually fell off in my hand. And the hook on the back of the bathroom door wasn’t installed, even though there was a mounting plate there. And not for nothing, but I’m a pretty frequent traveler and guest of Hilton hotels as I think my profile indicated when I checked in and having to pay two dollars for a water bottle - which also involved having to wait for the black hoodie kid to go get a key to unlock the cooler that was in the hallway, was just another level of annoyance.

My brother & I had come over from Spokane when our mom had surgery. We had originally booked a different motel but that place was a joke! After making a few calls, we ended up at the Ramada. We staied 6 nights & the best service! The rooms were huge, breakfast was super good & the staff was just super helpful, friendly & professional. Justin at the front desk & Abraham in the dining area were our absolute favorites!! Even with some construction going on, we will ABSOLUTELY STAY HERE AGAIN!!! Wish we could give more than 5 stars!!
