Oxford Suites Yakima

Good spot for the price, love that it's dog friendly (with reasonable pet fee), and it comes with perks and the staff is very pleasant. Rooms are a little dated and you can certainly hear your neighbors above you just when they're normal walking around, but the noise isn't too bad. Free evening appetizer and drink as well as morning breakfast was a nice surprise. Good location, right on the river - backdoor opens right onto the walking path. Would recommend as a decent value for a quick stop... Just don't quite expect it to be luxurious.

Stayed overlooking the river and it was lovely. Really friendly check-in desk. Comfortable room, good bed with great pillows and linens. Strong, hot shower. Room was squeaky clean and quiet. There was a laundry room downstairs and a bar/restaurant that we didn’t have time to visit, unfortunately. Would definitely return in the future!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐ Absolutely Exceptional Stay! ~ From the moment I arrived, this hotel exceeded every expectation. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making me feel valued from check-in to check-out. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful details that made the stay feel luxurious and relaxing. ~ The amenities were top-notch — everything was well-maintained and easy to access. The atmosphere of the hotel struck the perfect balance between elegance and comfort, and it was clear that great care is taken to ensure guests have an outstanding experience. ~ The location was also ideal, making it convenient to explore the surrounding area while still feeling like a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and exceptional service.

Staff were friendly and helpful at both booking and check-in; I did e-checkout so no staff interaction with that piece. The room was comfortable; mattresses were super comfy; my daughter really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The hotel is conveniently located near a variety of restaurants and diners, shopping and best of all... adjacent to the river which has a fantastic walking path. The first night was a bit noisy outside of our room as our room was directly across from the first floor elevator; nothing terrible or unruly, just unexpected. It appeared as though the hotel may have been hosting one or two events that Saturday including one with kids. Again, nothing bad, just unexpected noise level given our proximity to the elevator. There was also repeated heavy running in the room directly above ours the following morning which resolved after other guests checked out. The remaining two days of our stay were quiet all the way around. I should add that after our first night there I received what I thought was an automated text asking me to rate our first night so I responded and shared a shorter blurb than above. Much to my surprise I got a response apologizing and offering to find us a different room. It was very thoughtful and much appreciated but we opted to stay in our original room.

From the kind and efficient service at the front desk to the clean, well appointed room my entire experience was first rate. My small suite was quiet, and the balcony overlooking the river was a nice place to sit. The complimentary drinks and breakfast buffet were a lovely and unexpected bonus. l've stayed in a number of hotels in Yakima and this was the best l've experienced. 10/10 would stay here again.
