Ledgestone Suites Hotel Yakima

I was really impressed with my stay here. I chose the hotel because it was competitive price-wise with the other budget hotels, but had significantly higher reviews. After my stay here, I can say that it's a great stay on a budget. The rooms are larger, the furniture in them is still nice. The room very clean and the front desk staff were very helpful for me. I needed to extend my stay and they helped me get the best deal.

We were planning to explore sights around the southern Washington State area and Yakima seemed pretty central. What a nice surprise to find such a good hotel so centrally located. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. The room, with a separate queen bedroom, was well appointed with a nicely stocked mini kitchen, including two-top burners, dishwasher, medium sized fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all the plates and utensils needed. We didn't need it, but there are even free laundry facilities available. The room was very quiet.

No do not disturb signs to use. I'm staying 11 days and was required to let them clean my room.... didn't need or want this and why. Obviously someone is still in the room clean floors, replace towels if on the floor, my were not, and leave the persons stuff were it is. Lovely hunt for what happened to my stuff that was on the counter or on my bed. Replace a perfectly good bar of soap, shampoo , bedding... I am in the room for 3 more days seriously. So much waist and inconvenience. Do better kinda like every other hotel that leaves my room alone for my stay.

My wife and I were hotel guests for a month. The staff was exceptionally helpful. The room service was done well. We used the kitchen facilities in our room a lot. The facilities are well maintained. The on-site laundry facilities (included with the room) were a nice surprise. The location is convenient to shopping, the interstate highway, and downtown Yakima. We would definitely stay here again.

Disappointed in a few things. I understand there’s a kitchen but there’s no food options for anything, after 8pm. AND- No complimentary continental breakfast — at $120-150 per night? Heck even comfort suites comfort inn sleep inn hampton and holiday offers something … even just continental … wasted space in lobby for couches, etc could be a breakfast area... and no food to buy, after hours… not even a vending machine … This is 3 star 3 diamond ..? I used to rate hotels for AAA and this is definitely not 3 diamond. Also had a huge long gray hair on my bathroom sink. Huge dark one also on the floor - I don’t have gray hair, look at my hair. …. Positives: super nice staff.!!! Huge hallways, luggage carts, and great rooms ( suites ) with a den and kitchen. 2 TVs. Great location. Advice for 2026: Renovate and put in a dining option. !! Or someone put together a welcome basket for guests arriving after 8pm… some non perishable items and an opportunity to get a small milk, oj, breakfast sandwich that’s microwaveable, Just an idea. UPDATE—- guess what ? there’s a BUNCH of vending machines in the — guess what —LAUNDRY ROOM ! Not ONE PERSON from check in (lady) to late night (young man) to morning - mentioned that there was a vending machine room. Cookies drinks snacks pies candy bars nice cream and deli sandwiches. WOW. Desk staff HAS TO LEARN how to read the guest , “SELL” YOUR PROPERTY, and GIVE proper guest “service”-!!!!
