This was booked on AirBnb. Room #6 matched what was advertised, is in an excellent location, and has a free parking space included. It was a great location to explore town from! We were given a code to use to enter the room which was easy, and a parking pass is in the room to then put in your car. Shower water pressure & temp were good. We did not use the kitchen. This room is up 2 flights of stairs.

Excellent location right in downtown. Room was very clean and pleasantly decorated. Beds were comfortable as well, sheets were very soft! But be aware it is a creaky old building, so you will definitely hear your neighbors every movement. Good luck if you get noisy upstairs neighbors. The stairs on the back balcony are pretty sketchy. Not confident in their structural integrity. So avoid with small children or elderly. Also, several of the main rooms are directly above the cone pizza shop, and the cooked pizza scent is very prevalent and not in a good way.

The location is fantastic. The customer service is atrocious. No cleaning of rooms. Had to practically beg for fresh towels/cloths. Hang up on me. Cannot speak English well enough to even understand them. Most unprofessional experience I’ve had in quite some time. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. One small little pillow each. Tubs very outdated. With the location and some investment and most of all customer service this place would be phenomenal.

Do not stay here, horrible customer service. We reserved and paid for a room months prior to our planned stay and had to cancel due to flooding/landslides making the trip over impossible. While relaying this information to the hotel, they seemed to not care especially at the fact that we were traveling with a toddler. While trying to call for a manager, my mother in law was told she would get a call back from a manager to resolve the situation. We received no call and had to hound them through numerous phone calls to get a response. They essentially blacklisted my MIL’s phone as when she called she was immediately put on hold and the call would eventually end, but other members of our party were able to call no problem. Poor customer service, they deserve less than 1 star. I would recommend you stay as far away as possible from this place as possible.

Stay clear away from this place. I was supposed to stay shortly before Christmas and the severe flooding caused problems and so management reached out, offering to give me credit for one of the two days so that I could come back next year. When I tried to pursue this, they became non-responsive. Then I went to dispute the charge for my two nights and saw that they had charged me $1674 for a two nights day that was supposed to be more than $1000 less than that! I tried to dispute it with my credit card company and was initially denied because of their cancellation policy but now the credit card company has reopened the case again because of the fact that they never provided a receipt which was clearly on purpose so they could charge me much more than what the advertised rate was. I continue to try to text the number available and email them and they do not respond. Again, stay far away from these people! They run several properties in the area and are clearly scam artists.
