Only a one night stay as I pushed on from my journey from Dallas to Sequim, WA. But I would definitely stay there again. Modern chic. Probably even considered a boutique hotel. I will say finding light switches were a drag. Outside of that everything was perfect. The front desk girl was amazing. The reservations girl I spoke with prior to the trip was amazing. She saw that I was disabled and asked if I’d like a shower chair put in the room. When I got there that night it was in my room like she had promised. The stay was comfortable and I would most definitely stay there again if I had to be in Ellensburg. Top notch!

This is a very nice hotel. We have stayed here many times. We will not be back though. When we arrived, we were informed that we need to park a block away in an unsecured lot, unless we would like to pay $10 to park in the hotel parking lot. We stayed here just as recently as December and this was not the case. We would not have chosen this hotel had we known this. We won't be back.

While the front desk staff was amazing we are disappointed at the direction this hotel has gone. Their prices still reflect all the offered amenities that are no longer there. There is a small fee to park now as well, wish shouldve been disclosed prior to check in. They no longer have food or beverages on site. It appears their restaurant and bar didnt survive. They do offer options in the area. Rooms are still clean, but lacked amenities we had expected after our first visit. We were just staying for a night as a quick trip to the Burg (looked forward to good food and a night in). The TV had some limited cable channels and no smart TV option. There is at least a small workout space .

The pet deposit went up from $25 to $50. You also make people pay $10 just to park in your parking lot now. and let's not forget you guys added $41 to my bill, which was reversed, but not very convenient for me. And why is there no microwaves in the rooms? also, charging a fee for basic amenities that should be free like a toothbrush , a razor in other bathroom , necessities.

The hotel was clean and rooms were fairly sized. We were only there one night but would have no problem returning. An extremely hospitable, friendly front-desk receptionist checked us in and there were cookies upon your arrival. Employees were local and prideful of their community.
