I did not stay in a room but attended a one day conference there. The food was good and served on time. There was tea along with coffee which I dont always see. They offered a non dairy creamer (soy milk) option which was a bonus. The rooms were quiet (no noise from adjoining conference rooms). The art work was well presented.

It is very clean, spacious, and comfortable. In many ways it feels like a modern art museum or convention center. They have their own parking lot, with easy entry and exit, so that's a plus, but they charge a lot to use it. There is plenty of street parking within one block, so consider that.

I love this place! The service was EXCELLENT, the food in the restaurant was delicious, and the art throughout the hotel was gorgeous. The views were great, great gym, wonderful spa. This was my second time there. I want to give this hotel 5 stars but some of the rooms have a lot of wear. We were in a room we got a deal on, to be fair, but it was musty/dusty smelling at first (we opened the windows) and there were only table lamps so it was dark when there was no sun. The furniture and bathroom had some visual wear but everything was VERY clean!

We love this hotel. So unique, amazing glass art all around the hotel and each floor. The rooms are big. The food was great too. So close to everything in downtown Tacoma.

It was ok. Got assigned to this hotel for a tournament. It wasn't too loud, a nice view from the room, although showing a bit of wear especially from the outside. Parking is paid and when I came back one night there was virtually no parking due to an event happening at the hotel. It may be possible for them to sell more spots than they have available. I eventually found a spot but it would be lame if it had been completely full when arriving back at 10:00 pm after having already paid and without other options.
