Stayed here for 2 weeks. Housekeeping on time and helpful. Breakfast was mid and made me sick so i refrained from eating it for the most part. Only main issue is EV charging did not work and has not worked for months according to the facilities employee I spoke with there. Would definitely consider staying here again

We just finished a 5 day stay here and it is mediocre at best. Great location next to the space needle ...not so great for inconsistent service, cleanliness of rooms (pink mold around shower/tub), noise of heater (super loud when it comes on and runs), horrible mattresses, and not good hot breakfast food. The cereal was the tastiest and chia seed pudding cups. I guess free breakfast, is just that, free. It is a cheap option, just don't expect much. 👎

I checked in 1 week ago, under the impression that I would be granted 2 queen size beds and a pull out couch. When I arrived in my room, there were 5 strange men stacked on top of each other but they scattered as soon as I walked in! I tried to collect my bearings but the men swiftly collected roughly 20 firearms and ran out. I realized that they were agents of the state. Worst experience ever.

Always stay here when kicking it in Seattle. Its close to everything. Centrally located to all the fun Seattle activities. They have happy hour socials for free!! Nice clean rooms with a kitchen and full size fridges

Extremely Disappointed — Not Hilton Quality I recently stayed at the Homewood Suites by Hilton in Seattle (Oct 15–19, 2025), and as a Hilton Honors Diamond member, I expected far better. This experience was unacceptable. The first room I was given reeked of cigarette smoke — despite Hilton’s non-smoking policy. The second room wasn’t much better: the bathtub and toilet were in terrible shape, clearly aged and neglected. I’ve attached photos to show just how bad it was. The entire room felt outdated and poorly maintained, far below Hilton’s usual standards. Staff tried to help, but the accommodations were simply not up to par. I was offered a measly 20,000 points for the inconvenience — a weak gesture considering the discomfort I endured. Honestly, it felt like they treat their guests the same way they treat their rooms: with disregard. I requested a refund for at least one night, but haven’t received a meaningful response. Hilton needs to do better — this was not the experience I’ve come to expect from their brand.
