my experience at this hotel was incredibly disappointing, especially regarding the Food & Beverage (F&B) credit. The hotel advertises a daily credit that guests can use toward breakfast, but in reality, it is almost impossible to use it anywhere meaningful. The menu makes it seem like you can choose from several cooked-to-order breakfast items, but when you read the fine print and actually try to redeem the credit, you realize that only items marked with a tiny symbol qualify. On the breakfast menu shown here, almost nothing is actually included, even though this is the only dining option available in the morning. Most items like omelets, pancakes, waffles, French toast, and the yogurt bowl don’t qualify at all, even though these are basic hotel breakfast items that should logically be covered by the credit. To make it worse, the staff did not proactively explain any of this. You only find out after trying to order and being told that your choices “don’t count.” It feels intentionally misleading. What’s the point of offering a daily F&B credit when almost none of the breakfast items are eligible? Guests shouldn’t have to hunt for symbols or decode whether their breakfast qualifies. If the hotel plans to restrict the credit so heavily, it should be stated clearly at check-in and reflected more transparently on the menu — not hidden in tiny icons and vague footnotes. Overall, I left more frustrated than appreciated. If you are booking this hotel thinking the daily food & beverage credit will make your stay more comfortable, be prepared for confusion, restrictions, and a lot of disappointment. It’s just not worth the hassle.

I recently traveled to Olympia to adopt my infant son. I was unfortunately, having to live out of a hotel while all of the legal processing was completed. He was born rather early and spent some time in the NICU. Because of this, I didn’t have a lot of of the things that I needed. The staff was amazing and always there to help me open doors, pour a cup of coffee, help me with luggage and make sure I had everything I needed for my baby and I in our hotel room. I would like to acknowledge a housekeeper named Miranda, who overheard me say I didn’t have any preemie clothing. She went to her second job that evening and purchased clothing for me and brought them to my room. As you can imagine, this was a very emotional time for me and that small gesture meant so much. While the hotel itself was nice, clean, full of amenities and in a great location, the staff and their top-notch customer service is what prompted me to leave this review.

It's not the traffic noise. I didn't even really notice, despite being basically on the freeway. It's not the somewhat shabby finishings that leave things looking kind of dirty as they break down, even when it's not. It's not the poor parking situation. It's the cleaning staff. What's going on, guys? Is this management, telling them to behave like this? Or are they really deciding that this job is all about them and their timing and the customer can go to heII? Do you guys need to change your checkout times to accomodate someone? Because when we have to travel and work at the same time, we often choose hotels based on their checkout times. That means we have meetings till midday and then quickly get our things together and leave basically right before noon to be elsewhere for the second half of the workday. And hey, guess what, the cleaning staff intentionally slamming things from room to room on either side of you starting at 10 because they want you out of the room and they've got nothing better to do is...really annoying, to say the least. At least all my coworkers in my meetings now know where not to stay if they have to stop into Olympia. Checkout Sept 24, 5th floor. Short lady with bun and glasses straight up needs to be fired. It's ridiculous.
