Best Western Plus Peppertree Airport Inn

Room was clean. Older property in need of upgrading. TV doesn't work. Satellite constantly dropping. Barely usable internet. No breakfast...you get a voucher and have to go across the parking lot to Dennys. Lame. Not a do again and I'm diamond BW member.

Stayed the night before our trip and left our car. The shuttle took us to the airport. A week later, the shuttle picked plus up. The whole process was easy and $5 per day for the parking spot.

I was excited to try this hotel. Room was nice but the staff definitely does not go the extra mile for their guests. Crystalee made things very uncomfortable and was very unkind. I struggled with my online reservation, being that I went through a third party app. The app wouldn’t allow me to add my children to the stay. So when I arrived and they noticed I had children with me they refused to give us the complimentary breakfast. Said I had one person on my ticket and that’s all they were going to serve. Why would I rent a two bed hotel for one person? I paid almost 200 dollars for a simple single night. It was my daughter’s birthday and it was ruined. The least they could’ve done was be courteous and allow us to have the vouchers for breakfast. I will not be staying here and will not recommend this hotel to any family or friends.

Cameron at the front desk went above and beyond normal service. Very courteous, got me in a ideal room first floor and long-term parking everything seamless. This hotel hires good staff. You won't be disappointed!

Great location off HWY 90 - close to airport and short drive to downtown Spokane. Friendly staff, clean rooms with zero off-putting smells, plenty of parking, hvac works, hot water, HD tvs, good wi-fi, and the breakfast voucher option to Denny’s next door is great (many options). Good value BW. Special THANK YOU shout out to Crystalee (check-in), Anthony (check-out), and Lorena (housekeeping). It was a hassle-free stay. Keep up the good work!
