Bavarian Lodge

We've started to make this trip our annual Christmas trip. The hotel does an excellent job for everyone. The rooms are great, there's a lot of people participating in the pool and hot tub, the bar in the evening. It has a lot to offer. The town is a sight to be seen, and the hotel's location is perfect. We'd shop for a bit, then drop our packages off at the room, then back out for food or more walking. Sunday night has fireworks. Had the best time!!

We stayed at the Bavarian Lodge for three nights and absolutely loved our experience. We travelled all the way from Victoria, British Columbia to Leavenworth for Christmas🎄, and it turned out to be the most magical and cozy holiday getaway. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A huge shout-out to Dolan at customer service for being especially kind, approachable, and helpful — it truly made our stay even better. Breakfast was complimentary for all guests and had great options to start the day, and the hot drinks available at all times were such a thoughtful touch, especially during a snowy ❄️ Christmas. Sitting inside with a warm drink while everything outside looked like a winter postcard felt perfect. The location is unbeatable — literally a one-minute walk to downtown Leavenworth. Everything was right there, which made exploring so easy and enjoyable. Yes, the stay is on the expensive side, but honestly, it was 100% worth it. The quality, comfort, and overall experience justify the price. We noticed many families return here every year as a tradition, and now we completely understand why. From the cozy atmosphere and puzzle board tables to the cute merchandise and attention to detail, the Bavarian Lodge offers a truly wholesome and memorable stay.💕 It gave us the warmest, coziest Christmas experience, and we would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Leavenworth, especially during the holidays. 🎄❄️

We love the Bavarian Lodge especially during the winter time and when the Christmas lights are on not only on the Lodge but also at the park right across the street. The rooms are always great. They are well decorated. Clean, which is very important to me. It is a magical time of the year. The lobby is all decorated and they have coffee, tea, apple cider, and hot chocolate ready all day after coming in from the cold. There is a free breakfast every morning. The location is perfect!

Amazing hotel!! Clean rooms and place as a whole. Perfect location for visiting Leavenworth lights at Christmas time (and I’m sure any other time of year). Walking distance to anything in town! It was great to have a cozy place to come back to from the cold weather. Free coffee, cider & hot chocolate were a bonus in the beautiful lobby connected to the bar/lounge. I’d recommend this place above anything else in town by far!!

I really love this beautiful hotel. The only downside is that from our room on the third floor, we could hear footsteps from the fourth floor. I guess it might be because the hotel is a bit older, but they maintain it very well. It’s charming and scenic, and the bedding is excellent—warm and with just the right firmness. Breakfast is a major highlight, and the steamed egg was delicious. I hope to come back again during the snow season if I have the chance. Of course, the price is a bit high, so it’s best to choose dates that aren’t during holidays or special events.
