Yellowhawk Resort and Sparkling House

Yellowhawk is almost overwhelming, to normal folk we just don’t see places as extravagant as this. It is quite literally the nicest building that I have ever scene. After picking some brains we learned it was a place you rent for weddings or big events. But for us it was for Bubbles! Our only bubble stop this trip we got to suck down some tasty drinks while enjoying the endless view.

There is no way to go wrong with stunning views, gorgeous buildings, and yummy champagne. We did not stay in the resort, but rather just opted to do a champagne tasting. Despite not being guests of the resort, we were treated very well by our server. Her descriptions of each bottle were extremely accurate, and I loved her knowledge. I always love it when the server knows the wines intimately and can give information beyond surface level. We particularly liked the Vinyard Select XT Blanc.

We stopped at Yellowhawk Tasting Room on vacation to check out the sparkling wine. My friends and I really enjoyed their wine and the location was beautiful. I then decided to bring a travel group of 25 people back to Yellowhawk. We were BLOWN AWAY by the beautiful surroundings, service, food, and wine! We were set up outside under a private tent with a food and wine pairing. Winemaker George-Anne talked to us about each wine and answered all our questions. FANTASTIC experience!
