Pine River Ranch Wedding Destination and B&B

We had a wonderful stay at Pine River Ranch. The location was perfect — close enough to town to explore Leavenworth, with only a 20-ish minute drive, yet far enough to enjoy the peaceful calm of the forest. It truly felt like the best of both worlds. The breakfast each morning was delicious and the perfect amount of food to start the day off right. Overall, a beautiful and relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

I can’t recommend this B&B due to the fact they are extremely inflexible and don’t communicate well. Patrick, who I believe is an owner, seemed more than willing to work with me on needing to reschedule and said if another person books the room- I would be entitled to my deposit back. I wanted either a refund IF the room was booked, or a credit to come another weekend, even if the room was booked. Patrick proceeded to not only fail to open the room up for booking after saying he would, but tried to charge my card for another night, which I did not approve or agree too. It also took several attempts after reaching out to get any contact back. You get charged for ANY cancellation- within 30 days if you cancel they want to keep your entire deposit, try to charge you for another night (weird??) and won’t open up the room- even if it says they will in the policies. Seems a bit ridiculous for cancellations, book something a little more flexible if you get the chance. Was really looking forward to staying here but after this experience I would say run! As a follow up to the owners bogus response and lies- I was never offered a “full credit for another time” and I am glad to post the screenshots to show this claim, is completely untrue. I also reached out several days before which no response, and ended up reaching out again. Lastly, the person I was communicating with stopped responding several times and refused to open the room unless I paid for an extra night, which was completely unreasonable. If you can’t stand by your polices and behavior, at least be truthful. Now not only do I stand by my original review, but these people are straight up liars. If this is so, please let me know and I would gladly come and collect my credit, as you never opened the room.

It was a wonderful stay! Everything was really nice. We also appreciate the host bringing us breakfast every morning and accommodating to dietary needs. We will highly recommend this stay for everyone.

Had a great experience having our Wedding at PRR. Patrick is a great communicator and he and the team delivered everything that we were told would be done for us! The venue is beautiful and the staff did their jobs and caused no distractions. Patrick even called each of my vendors in the lead up to the wedding and made sure everyone was on the same page about their fit in the venue as well as timing. He also called me when one of my vendors did some stuff that was a bit of a surprise to us both. On the wedding day itself everything was exactly as promised and things went well!

Absolute impeccable stay. The room was gorgeous, super well furnished and luxurious. Everything worked perfectly and made my wife and I relax like we haven’t in a while! The breakfast in the morning was super yummy and we enjoyed every moment of our stay. We would absolutely come back if we weren’t leaving the state!
