Oakshire Estate and Airfield

I had the best experience working with Cate at Oakshire estates! She is kind, a good communicator, responsive to texts/emails & easy to work with. Oakshire estates is an unbelievable gorgeous property. It was everything I was looking for in a venue. It had all the elegance, luxury & a European vibe I wanted! I am actually a wedding planner & have had my planning business for over 10 years. I recently relocated to Yakima from Hawaii. I couldn’t believe I found my dream venue in my new home town! I have seen many amazing venues throughout the years as a planner yet Oakshire estates is absolutely special! The venue was perfect in every sense for us, even having an air strip on the property! My Father in law flies airplanes as his hobby so he flew us out on his plane! We ended our perfect evening with a plane exit. I am so thankful that Cate and her family have this amazing property available to have our special day. If you want to bring the “WOW” into your wedding….have it at Oakshire estates!

My husband and I got married at Oakshire this past summer and it was everything we could have dreamed of and more. This venue is set apart and makes you feel like you are somewhere else with its southern elegance. There are also so many layout variations for each couple to choose from in terms of where you want to get married on the property making it special and individual for each couple. Now the venue was amazing but what made our day incredible was Cate and the event staff. Cate made us feel at ease from the start and helped make our vision come to life. She cares deeply about her space and couples, and it shows through the intentionality that she had with us and our coordinator. Oakshire Estate and Airfield was such a marvelous venue for my wife and I to hold our small, intimate wedding ceremony and to celebrate our union in marriage. Everywhere you turn you will find beauty at this venue. Whether for photos, the ceremony or the reception, the venue is gorgeous. Throughout the property, there are multiple elegant areas that would meet varying wedding or event styles. Furthermore, the Oakshire staff was also kind and accommodating for the vision we had and helped our day run smoothly and stress free. They were great to work with and the chairs and tables they have to offer also made for a gorgeous ceremony and reception. We are beyond thankful that we had the privilege to spend our special day at Oakshire Estate and Airfield. We would recommend this venue to anyone!
