We went here for a day work retreat. Honestly, few cities make an investment in public-available facilities like this. The space was cozy but flexible, just right for our exercises and meeting (technology was above average), and the city employee who greeted us as an ambassador was both helpful and kind. On Percival landing? Gorgeous. I want to come back. Thanks City of Olympia.

Great little-big enough space for a perfect intimate gathering of the heart. Perfect venue with a kitchenette and view!

My friend threw her 2 year olds birthday party here. It was super cute and fairly small but cozy. There is a fireplace Bluetooth speaker and tv. There were chairs and table and a small kitchenette with a fridge and sink. The bathrooms are outside. I liked it a lot. There were about 20 people there comfortably with all the tables and chairs set up.
