Chateau Rive

This was such a fun night! My boyfriend and I went on a date night to “The Edgar Allen Poe Speakeasy: Chapter Two experience” in Spokane, WA and will absolutely attend another show when they come back this way. The venue was a great choice for macabre poetry! (the Chateau Rive) We loved the ambience created with the mood lights and although the seats were foldable they were quite comfortable. There were four members who wore many hats- performers/bartenders/stage crew/& clean up. They all had amazing stage presence and brought their own interpretations and energy to the pieces they were performing - it really was wonderful seeing the arts so strong. They made this even so smooth and seamless, I didn’t know there were only four behind the scenes and thought they had a larger crew! The drinks they made us were all inspired by the pieces they performed: 1.) The Sting of Fate - Passion Fruit Citrus Lemonade with Dried Roses (my favorite and the one in the picture I attached to this review!) 2.) Montessori Revenge - Monte Alto (?) black very vodka and black berry liqueur 3.) Lover’s Lament - Bourbon, citrus, rose, and hibiscus and peppercorn (we’re not really bourbon fans hehe) 4.) Rodrick’s Ruin - their take on an escapees so martini ( (my boyfriend’s favorite!) such a DELICIOUS and sweet way to end the night). This was a 5/5 night and I can’t wait for next year! Thank you for bringing this event to Spokane!!

We hosted our company Christmas party here and couldn’t have had a better experience. From the initial appointment through all of the planning and finally the day of the event, everything was absolutely seamless and stress-free. The staff was organized, responsive, and truly made the entire process easy. The food was amazing, and the meals specially prepared for guests with food allergies were incredible. Every detail was handled perfectly, allowing us to fully enjoy the celebration. We couldn’t recommend this venue more and will absolutely host another event here!

Chateau Rive is an incredible venue to host many different events. They hosted my wedding ceremony and reception, and it was an amazing venue. The staff was so helpful, attentive, and friendly! They handled the set up, the clean up, the dinner buffet, the champagne toast, and serving the dessert. It's a beautiful venue located along the river, which makes for GORGEOUS pictures! Kelsey Strom helped us plan our special day and made it stress free. I cannot thank her enough for making the day so easy and smooth! The catering was outstanding, I got so many compliments saying that the food was the best catering and wedding food they ever had! And I got several compliments that our wedding was the classiest wedding they've been to because of the venue. I cannot rave enough about Chateau River and HIGHLY recommend it to everyone!!
