There is so much more than you think! We had a good time going through the museum. I went in with a 3, 5, and 7 year old. They had a blast! There are interactive exhibits, screens with informational educational videos, and there is also a children’s play area! It is cost friendly and was definitely well worth the trip. There was rich history of Yakima!

What an amazing museum. This has to be my favorite local history museum that I've ever been to. Very well curated and designed. Incredible value for the admission!

This is a great museum. We were looking for information about the farming (orchards) in the area and found this great introduction to the area. It includes farming, early wagon travel, the Yakama people, Justice William O. Douglas, mountain climbing, old neon signs, and more.
