Rode the Seattle Great Wheel at sunset and it was worth it! The gondola is fully enclosed and climate-controlled — super comfy even when it’s chilly or drizzly. You get about 3 full revolutions over Elliott Bay (about 12–20 min), which gives you plenty of time to enjoy views of the skyline, Space Needle, and even Mt. Rainier on a clear day. Tip: go right before sunset for amazing golden light

Great place to end a date night at. Get 20 min ride with that special person. Great veiws of the water front. Cars where clean. Staff was freindly. Be ready for a couple photos after you buy the ticket. They give you the option to buy photo after your ride is complete. The cars can hold 4 people. If it's just 2 in your party you will get the car to your selves.

I loved the great wheel experience! We went around through four uninterrupted rounds and two interrupted (people getting on and off) rounds on the Ferris wheel! It was totally worth the money. The views were incredible!!! Mt. Rainier of course stood out and I couldn’t take my eyes off of it! Just breathtaking views overall. There was a long line for the great wheel and at the end, you’ll go through a place which has restrooms. The wait time was around half an hour when I was there on a weekend afternoon.

The Seattle Great Wheel is one of the best attractions on the waterfront! The ride offers incredible panoramic views of Elliott Bay, downtown Seattle, and the Olympic Mountains—especially beautiful at sunset or after dark when the wheel lights up. Each gondola is enclosed and climate-controlled, so it’s comfortable no matter the weather. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the whole experience feels safe and well-run. It’s a little on the pricey side, but the views and memories make it totally worth it. Whether you’re a local showing off the city or a visitor exploring for the first time, the Seattle Great Wheel is a must-see landmark!
