I loved this museum! We arrived early afternoon on a Sunday, it was not too busy, and we got free student admissions. It is not a large or overwhelming museum, but it is not a boring or small museum either. The architecture of the cone, the exhibits, and the live glass blowing are all very cool. We also bought some glass beads and gems at the gift shop, and would have loved to buy some unique glass pieces if we had the budget.

We really enjoyed walking through the Museum of Glass in Tacoma! Only spent 1-2 hour here, but was worth it. It was not neccessary to buy tickets ahead of time. There is also an area you can go watch glassblowing in action which was awesome!

This is the perfect place for team bonding events. We came here to enjoy a group activity all together as a team bonding for our department and it was such a great time. We laughed a lot doing the plates we picked and they also turned out to be good pieces of art lol in our own eyes lol highly recommended. Great place with very nice workers

The Tacoma glass museum was a wonderful place to visit. If you're ever in the area, or you live in the area, check it out sometime. It's a new experience every time you walk in. You can check out the new exhibits, watch the pros blow some amazing glass, and even get in on the action by signing up for classes. The bistro makes a pretty good sandwich as well! The gift shop inside has plenty of trinkets to purchase, most made right there in the museums hot shop. Before you leave, make sure to take a walk on the beautiful glass bridge. It's not made of glass, but it is pretty amazing.

The Museum of Glass in Tacoma is a unique experience! One of the highlights is watching glassblowing in action inside the Hot Shop. The demonstrations are narrated by an emcee, with plenty of explanations and even some Q&A, so you actually learn while being entertained. They also feature stunning works by Dale Chihuly, which are worth the trip on their own. Admission is $22, and the gift shop is full of gorgeous glass blown pieces that make great souvenirs. If you’re short on time, this is a doable stop, it’s a relatively small museum and you can probably breeze through the exhibits in about an hour or two. Don’t miss the outdoor glass sculptures, which is a prominent piece of outdoor art at the Museum of Glass. They’re striking and make for a great photo op with the waterfront in the background
